The Moment I Knew My Leadership Needed to

There was a point in my own leadership journey when I realized something wasn’t working.
On paper, everything looked right.
I had the corner office, the title, the respect, and the responsibility.
I was leading teams, shaping culture, and carrying decisions most people never saw.
But over time, clarity began to erode.
I was so focused on leading through complexity and pressure that I stopped creating space to reflect, recalibrate, and lead intentionally.
Values blurred. Decisions became heavier. I told myself to push through because that’s what leaders do.
